Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 slices Sourdough bread or your favorite bread
- Lemon juice
- 1 Sliced tomato or a few cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Salt
- Pepper
- Everything but the bagel seasoning optional
- Turmeric optional
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your liking
- Cut the avocado in half and mash on to the toast
- Add sliced tomatoes on top of the avocado toast
- Add lemon juice to your desired taste
- Top with salt and pepper
- Optional: add everything but the bagel seasoning for additional flavor and turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties
