Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 slices Sourdough bread or your favorite bread
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 Sliced tomato or a few cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning optional
  • Turmeric optional

Instructions

  • Toast the bread to your liking
  • Cut the avocado in half and mash on to the toast
  • Add sliced tomatoes on top of the avocado toast
  • Add lemon juice to your desired taste
  • Top with salt and pepper
  • Optional: add everything but the bagel seasoning for additional flavor and turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties
