Equipment

  • Toaster
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 slices Ciabatta bread other options: sourdough, gluten free bread, or your favorite bread
  • 1 Tomato heirloom, cherry tomatoes, kumato tomato
  • 1 ball Burrata
  • Lemon Juice
  • Balsmic glaze or Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Toast your bread slices
  • Cut open the avocado and take out the pit
  • Scoop out the avocado and mash it onto each toasted slice of bread
  • Squeeze some lemon juice onto the avocado toast
  • Add salt, pepper, and seasonings of your choice
  • Thinly slice the tomato and add on top of the avocado toast
  • Take out the burrata and cut it in half
  • Add each half to the toasts
  • Top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
