Healthier Homemade Nutella
This choco-hazelnut spread does not taste exactly like Nutella, but you will feel healthy and satisfied eating it! It's definitely worth a try!

- food processor or blender
Ingredients
- 3 cups roasted hazelnuts
- 1-2 tbsps maple syrup depending how big your sweet tooth is
- 1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2/3 cup dark chocolate
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate (the easiest way to do this is by placing it in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between each, until the chocolate is melted)
- If your hazelnuts are raw, place them on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes
- Add hazelnuts to food processor and blend.
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor: maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt, and melted dark chocolate.
- Blend until you get desired texture for your chocolate-hazelnut spread. Enjoy as a dip for your fruit or as a spread on your toast!
