Loaded Yogurt Bowl
I love a loaded or elevated anything recipe! This loaded yogurt bowl is packed with fruits, berries, nuts, seeds, and granola, but it can be customized to your liking. I like to change up the berries and fruit depending on the season, but I try to consistently include granola, walnuts, chia seeds, and honey for protein, fiber, omega-3s, and dash of sweetness. And I especially love this recipe for breakfast because it supports healthy digestion and can help benefit your mental health as it contains the 5 mood foods:- Polyphenols: Berries - Tryptophan: Walnuts- Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Chia seeds & Walnuts- Prebiotic Fiber: Granola & Banana- Probiotic: Yogurt
