Easy and Delicious Fish Tacos using all Trader Joes Ingredients
This fish taco recipe is perfect for a quick and tasty dinner! All ingredients can be bought at Trader Joes. You can also use my simple homemade guacamole recipe and coleslaw recipe to go with the fish tacos. Or to save even more time, Trader Joes has an amazing coleslaw kit that comes with a delicious dressing, and there's always prepackaged guacamole!

Ingredients
1packageTJs frozen battered halibut or your favorite breaded or battered fishthe Trader Joes Battered Halibut is gluten free so this recipe can be gluten friendly!
1packagecorn or flour tortillasuse corn tortilla to keep this recipe gluten free
4cupscoleslawsee my coleslaw recipe here
2mediumavocadosfor homemade guac, can also buy ready made guacamole
1smalltomatofor homemade guac, can also buy ready made guacamole
1smallonionfor homemade guac, can also buy ready made guacamole
salt & pepper
shredded Mexican style cheeseoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven, place fish on baking sheet, and bake according to package instructions
Make guacamole (see my super simple homemade guacamole recipe here)
Coleslaw: Add shredded cabbage, carrots, and cilantro into a bowl (see more detailed version of my coleslaw recipe here)
Coleslaw: Mix dressing into the bowl of shredded cabbage, carrots and cilantro
Once fish is ready, cut into bite size pieces
Heat tortilla on stove for about 2 minutes per side
Add fish onto tortilla
Top with coleslaw, guacamole, and optionally shredded cheese
