
Matcha Lemonade
Matcha lattes are delicious, but sometimes I crave a more refreshing and light drink! This matcha lemonade recipe is perfect for those days. It will give you steady energy for the day and help prevent bloating.Note, if you don't have lemons, you can also use lime and make a matcha limeade!For best results and taste, use a ceremonial grade matcha.

Equipment
- frother or matcha whisk
- sifter optional
Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 cup hot water (not boiling, no more than 170 degrees farenheiht)
- Juice of 1 - 1.5 lemons or limes
Instructions
- Add two teaspoons of matcha to a cup (Use sifter if you have one to prevent clumping)
- Add about 2 oz of hot water to matcha and use frother or whisk to dissolve matcha (It should look like a matcha paste)
- Add remaining water to your matcha paste
- Add juice of 1 - 1.5 lemon or lime to your matcha
- Stir in honey
- Pour your drink over ice and enjoy!
